All products sold by Biopunk Peptides are strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes. ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6.5 Product Testing & Retention
Biopunk supports product identity and purity verification through analytical testing, but does not warrant or guarantee specific purity levels unless expressly stated on a product’s Certificate of Analysis.
Quality verification includes analytical testing where applicable

Testing methodology includes high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry (MS) where specified

Retention library. Biopunk maintains a retention library of sealed vials from each production batch for a defined retention window as set forth in the Returns & Refund Policy (5.4). Retention samples are used exclusively for dispute-resolution testing (see Returns & Refund Policy §5.4) and for internal quality assurance. Retention samples are not sold and are not returned to inventory.
6.6 Packaging, Labeling, and Shipment
Products ship from Biopunk’s U.S. warehouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in tamper-evident, RUO-labeled packaging.
Packaging excludes medically symbolic or injection-related language
COAs and RUO disclaimers are included with all shipments where applicable
Shipments use plain, unbranded exterior boxes without any external reference to Biopunk Peptides or product contents
No branding suggests medical or therapeutic use
6.7 Communication & Customer Support Policy

Preparation or reconstitution
Injection or administration
Storage for consumption
Safety or efficacy for human or animal use

6.8 Misuse Monitoring & Enforcement
Biopunk actively monitors for product misuse and takes appropriate corrective measures. Actions may include:

Disclaiming responsibility for third-party content

All customers agree at checkout to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biopunk Labs LLC and its officers, members, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the customer’s misuse of products or breach of the Research Use Only restrictions.
