Ipamorelin 10mg
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide (Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) characterized as a growth hormone secretagogue acting through the ghrelin-receptor pathway. Raun et al., European Journal of Endocrinology, 1998, first documented its receptor selectivity across in vitro and in vivo models. For Research Use Only. Not for human consumption.

Description
About this product
About This Compound
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide (Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) characterized as a growth hormone secretagogue. It was identified through a chemistry program exploring analogs of earlier growth hormone-releasing peptide chemistry, and was documented as displaying growth hormone release selectivity comparable to growth hormone-releasing hormone itself, without the concurrent ACTH and cortisol release observed with related secretagogues. Ipamorelin is studied for its interaction with the ghrelin-receptor signaling pathway in pituitary and gastrointestinal tissue models.
Research Context
Raun et al., European Journal of Endocrinology, 1998, first characterized ipamorelin's receptor pharmacology, documenting selective growth hormone release across in vitro pituitary-cell assays and in vivo rodent and porcine models, without significant concurrent changes in ACTH or cortisol. Ahnfelt-Rønne et al., Endocrine, 2001, investigated the relationship between growth hormone-releasing peptide chemistry and the ghrelin receptor, mapping secretagogue distribution in gastrointestinal tissue and its role in growth hormone release. Villegas Meza et al., JBJS Reviews, 2026, surveyed the current evidence base, safety profile, and antidoping status of growth hormone axis secretagogues, including ipamorelin, within a structured review of investigational peptides used in sports medicine research.

We independently test selected batches and publish those reports. Not every batch has one, and this strength and origin does not have a published report right now. You can read how certificates of analysis work, or browse every report we have published.
Shipping & Storage
Handling this material
Shipping
Orders ship within 24 hours. Delivered via USPS Priority or standard FedEx unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. Tracking is emailed on dispatch and mirrored in your account.
In-transit handling
Lyophilized vials are shelf-stable and ship at ambient temperature. Storage in our warehouse is cooled; shipment does not require refrigeration.
Long-term storage
Lyophilized vials are shelf-stable at ambient temperature; refrigeration (2–8°C) extends shelf life. Where a published Certificate of Analysis exists for your strength and origin, it is on the COA tab. Not for human or animal consumption.
Returns
Because these are research-grade biologics, we cannot accept returns on opened vials. Damaged-in-transit shipments are replaced at no cost within 7 days of delivery.
Frequently asked
Common questions
No. Every SKU is labeled and sold strictly for laboratory research use only. These are not drugs, dietary supplements, or veterinary products. Research Use Only policy
We independently test selected batches at a third-party lab and publish those certificates of analysis. Not every batch has one. The COA tab on each product shows whether the strength and origin you picked has a published report.
Discreet outer box, no branding on the exterior. Invoices are emailed rather than enclosed. Lyophilized vials are shelf-stable and ship at ambient temperature; no cold-chain packaging is used in transit.
All in-stock items ordered on the same day ship together. Backorders release automatically once the missing SKU is back in stock.
